Dead tree

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2865390.
There is a tree on the corner of the footpath, it has got what looks like dutch elm disease,there are a few dead limbs which overhang the public footpath and the root is lifting the tarmac again

The tree in question is on council land as the council trim the hedge to keep the footpath clear

I havent seen or heard anything regarding the tree, which i thought someone would at least been to check as it has been a month now
