Overhanging branches encroaching onto my back garden and side of house
Reported via desktop in the Trees and woodland category anonymously at 12:13, Sat 24 July 2021
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2887568.
Alongside 40 Cherwell Road is Breeches Lane, a public pathway. It has become overgrown despite my efforts to keep clear and the branches of trees running along its length are touching and encroaching by house and back garden. The trees need trimming and lane needed strimming of vegetation.

I have just noticed that a large branch has become detached from a tree along our house and appears held in place by ivy. There is an imminent danger to passer-bys that this branch could fall at anytime. Whilst I do not think it would hit my property their is an possibility it could harm someone if it falls.
