Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2895709.
AT LAST THE GRASS HAS BEEN CUT ON THE UPPER REACHES OF THE HOLLOW. I HAVE TO SAY THAT THE QUALITY OF THE GRASS CUTTING LEAVES ALOT TO BE DESIRED. PERHAPS THE LENGTH OF THE GRASS WAS AN ISSUE? THE RESULT HAS BEEN THAT THE COUNCIL OWNED STRIP OF GRASS BEING LEFT IN AN UNSIGHTLY MESS OF WHICH YOU SHOULD NOT BE PROUD. I THINK AS A COUNCIL TAX PAYING RESIDENT I AM ENTITLED TO EXPECT BETTER, AND RECEIVE A MORE PROFFESSIONAL PIECE OF WORK FOR WHICH I AM PAYING. VERY DISSAPOINTED
