Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2896610.
Despite gully clearing last week the road is still flooding. The cause is a blockage in the drainage/sewer system and is known about by the Highways Manager. This is a recurring problem

Road flooded again outside 5 Upper Camden Place.

Just about every time it rains the flooding recurs. This was lunchtime 8 August.

Once again, the road is flooded outside 6 Upper Camden Place. With the houses on the other side of the road having two floors below pavement level - this causes a significant risk of flooding and dampness to these properties,
