Speed signs are not clear

The road markings are faded and unclear. There also should be a 20 sign present on the lamppost for both directions as it’s unclear when you come down the hill that the 20 applies to this road also as it looks as though it is for the south road only. Most people I ask didn’t realise this road was a 20 indicating that this is unclear for those who do wish to abide the law.
