The trees and bushes from the neighbouring field are preventing the footpath from being accessible. Many bushes and overhanging trees.

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2899255.
The overhanging bush means you have to duck to use the footpath, been present for 2 months. The overhanging trees are blocking the streetlamp, which lights this path in autumn/winter and causing wet leaves and a really slippery surface, 2 years or more. Many of the residents are elderly and the path is not usable for them. It's how they normally get to the road and access the bus stop. I worry for their safety. But also the overhanging bush makes it impassable for everyone. Thank you for your help.
