Bypass drain blocked at raised speed hump

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2902437.
The bypass drain which takes water under the speed hump outside 30 St Ladoc Road is blocked causing water to pool and flow over the footway. Cars spraying water from flood onto adjoining walls leading to damage to stonework.
