Blocked drain

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2902709.

This drain has been blocked for a long time and it is visibly solid with debris. When it rains this corner on London road floods and then any vehicle driving past creates splash waves soaking any pedestrian on the pavement.
