Pothole on Eastfield Avenue near The Weal
Reported via desktop in the Potholes & road surface category anonymously at 13:08, Mon 2 August 2021
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2908325.
The regularly recurring pothole on Eastfield Avenue near The Weal was reported a month ago, and marked as fixed - the repair was a partial one, with a tiny amount of asphalt put into one small spot. Unsurprisingly, this did not suffice. So, even though the road was completely resurfaced merely one year ago (hope there was a warranty for that work) this pothole has reopened, the partial repair failed after about two weeks, and it is now expanding again. The road has relatively low amounts of traffic, but lots of large buses.
