Drain still blocked at bottom of Dapps Hill high wall

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2912359.

I reported this same problem on 31st of July then stating that this drain has been blocked for years. Yesterday I received a message saying the problem was sorted. It has not been sorted as can be seen from the photo taken today, August 3rd. Maybe this double drain was missed as it cannot be seen because it is piled with debris. Also, at the top of the gulley at the top end of the high wall, water is not coming through the channel, so this needs investigation too.
