Pavement falling down/sinking

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2914870.
The concrete that was underneath the pavement has gone, the support that was built to help hold up the pavement is eroding & as a result the whole pavement is sinking causing damage to the path & the pavement to fall away from the entrance to houses

Today we could back some of the weeds that were leaning on the fence and we can see clearly how the concrete is going into crumbles and the fence is in diagonal. It is also very worrying that there is a big visible gap between the lower part of the stairs of our house and the pavement at the front of our house. The photo is attached.
