  • I have lived on Old Newbridge Hill for 45 years. The traffic has gradually increased over that time, as has traffic everywhere, but there has been a massive increase since the introduction of the Clean Air Zone on 15th March. There are now large vehicles using this route although there used to be a weight limit to prevent this. Is this still in place or has it quietly been abandoned? Queues are common and last much longer than in the past. We were used to ambulances using this road to get between the A4 and the RUH and this must now be impossible at times. Is there a solution?
