Drain in road to rear of 64 and 66 Kelston road is blocked

I noticed today that the drain in the road to the rear of 64/66 Kelston road BS31 2JL is blocked. The blockage hasn’t yet reached the top of the drain cover but it is clearly becoming full of compacted mud and debris. The drain is often under parked cars so unsure when this became blocked but when we had heavy rain recently I did notice it was flowing down the road and not draining away, causing excess water and the end of our side turning of Kelston road.
