Pothole on Chantry Mead Road outside numbers 44 & 45

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2925670.
This pothole has been here for several months now. The gravel and stones that comes off of the pothole every time the buses and cars drive over it, has accumulated across the road at the bottom of Hensley Road and cars are constantly skidding on this.
