A damaged bench and loss of bin

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2956443.

1)a piece of the bench has snapped off and it needs replacing. 2) since the bin was taken away litter has started accumulating when people try and sit on the bench-- could we have a bin put back by the bench please?.
