Skip placed illegally behind Williams green (BS397AF)

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2956547.

One of the neighbours who lives at 2 Manor Farm Close has had and still has a skip in the car park behind 28 and 27 Williams Green which he is using to put his commercial waste in when he fills one skip up he has another delivered and he is also keeping broken tiles behind the skip in the car park which could be dangerous for an local children.

I have personally witnessed him pull his work Van (Latwood Roofing) up to the skip and unload it the skip has also been overloaded on multiple occasions, the skip is hired from Norton Skip Hire
