Rattling manhole cover in Bathampton High Street, ouside numbers 5-6, BA26SY

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2962075.

This is now the third time that I have reported this matter - the previous 2 times, you concluded that it was not a BANES responsibility. The manhole cover was installed in August 2020 by Simon Morrissey (Senior Engineer - Drainage Highways Maintenance & Drainage, Environmental Services, Bath & North East Somerset Council, tel 01225 39 5085) The cover now rattles and causes extreme distress to local residents, particularly at night. If you do not log this fault, the matter will be escalated to Councillor Kevin Guy.
