Bollards

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2979769.

The bollard agreement between the theater and the coucil states the theater can put up the bollards from Saturday 8am - mknday 8am This week they put the bollards up at 10:30 Thursday thier truck didn't come untill 1030 Saturday night why are they getting away with this we have many disabled people that need to park there cars close to where they live the theater is stopping this happen

    They persistent in not adhered to the timings. Lorries blocking cycle path and personally telling me to get in the road with bike. Nowhere for disabled residents to park. Generally staff are rude and uncooperative
