Overhanging greenery

Reported via desktop in the Vegetation overhanging a road or pavement from private land or property category anonymously at 12:41, Thursday 9 September 2021

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2990116.

Hedges, brambles and stinging nettles etc are overhanging the pavement outside St Benedict’s Primary School (Charlton Lane, Midsomer Norton) restricting the pavement width to less than 50% in some places. Children going to and from school are being stung, and are not able to walk beside their parent/carer. NB initially reported to Mendip but they sent it to us
