Trees overhanging blocking street lights

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 1 year, 1 month, 3 days, 16 hours, 52 minutes later. Council ref: 2991199.

The stretch of road highlighted has the street lights blocked by tree foliage causing dark areas at night. The road as it dips down is subject to holding water and the risk of animals (deer) crossing at night. ( About 3 lamps in total)
