Locked gate to Bloomfield Allotments

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2994816.

The gate on the access road to the allotments now has 2 locks - a new one, a combination lock has been added. As an allotment holder with mobility issues I cannot now access the car park to access my plot comfortably, to deliver equipment and collect materials and products from my site. I have the key to the original lock. I need the numbers for the combination lock, as to other allotment tennants.
