Directly outside the Forge soil and plants have been placed.

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2999789.
Outside the Forge on Dark Lane stones and soil and plants have been placed along the highway making an already narrow road more narrow whilst also preventing people parking on this part of dark lane. Parking in the village is scarce as it is and this planting now means we have lost available safe parking spaces. It also means that due to the narrowing that Emergency Vehicles might find it difficult to navigate the lane more so now.
It was already difficult to turn out of West View Orchard opposite the Forge and this has been increased. I didn’t think it was allowed to put anything on a highway.
I would be grateful if BANES could address this issue.

Yes this is definitely an issue I wish to report too. There isn’t much parking in freshford and I feel this is selfish and potentially dangerous. As you can see if people still choose to park there which they are absolutely allowed to do anyway it now makes it tricky to get through the narrow gap. And most importantly impossible for emergency vehicles or the local residents of those streets. I didn’t think this should be allowed and wish for the council to look into it.
