Continued block drain

Reported via desktop in the Blocked drain: Blockage inside drain category by Bath and North East Somerset Council at 10:44, Thursday 16 September 2021

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3005083.

Further update from previous resident report (2573457)

I would point out that the drain has still not been cleared. The water is not draining away from under the house and is causing serious damage by rising up the internal walls of the property. It has caused the paint to peel off and badly stained the plasterwork. I have repainted only to find that the damp is showing through the new decoration
