• We have looked into this issue and found it is not the council's responsibility as the adjacent land is not owned by nor is the responsibility of the council. Please let the landowner responsible, possibly Curo, know instead. The report is now closed, further comments may not be monitored.

• We've looked into this report and are investigating the issue. The land to the rear of this address is not council owned. The verge to the front is the council's responsibility. The tree is in the inspection programme and is due to be routinely inspected this autumn, a note has been made on the tree's record of the request to prune back the overhanging canopy. We will update this report once we decide what action to take.
