Pavement reappearing

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 1 day, 8 minutes later. Council ref: 3006139.

My neighbour has already told you of the undergrowth encroaching on to the pavement. I would like to add that the said undergrowth impedes my view of oncoming traffic when driving from my property.
