Reported via desktop in the Vegetation overhanging a road or pavement from private land or property category anonymously at 10:39, Saturday 18 September 2021
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3009427.
I walk to work at Paulton Hospital, via Northmead Road and Phillis Hill from North Road each day. The pavements have become so narrow due to the overgrown vegetation that this is now a danger to Public Safety!!. I have to walk so close to the edge of the kerb that l have nearly been hit by van/lorry/bus mirrors. This route is used by school children, mothers with pushchairs, mobility scooters and passing these people means l have to step into the road. This is UNACCEPTABLE, these roadside banks have not been cut this year It is a higher priority than the week BANES took to clear the infrequently used pavement along Peasedown Flat. This requires immediate action to prevent serious injury or worse.
