When the recycling and black bins are emptied on Mondays mornings we as residents place our bins in the gateway so they do not obstruct the pavement making it safe for public to pass safely on a busy road, it clearly states on the black bins not to leave on the pavement so why are the bins and recycling boxes left on the pavement that cause obstruction and it concerns me that public that use this pavement for school runs in the busy morning have to dodge these bins scattered all up the pavements close to the road, with young children with their parents this is becoming an issue as people in the houses go to work and are not there to collect the empty bins and remove off the pavements, surely if we as paying residents can leave the bins in a safe place them the your employees can put the bins back where they found them, i will now be taking photos every Monday to see if the situation continues as it at this present moment, this is all up through the Fosseway.
