Tarmac around edge of cover gone again

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3012695.
Was previously patched, since then the patch has worn away and the edge of the metal cover is missing about 40cm of tarmac on the east side.

The Crown PH is dumping its used beer barrels and food trays outside of the Redwoods even though there is plenty of space in their car park on the other side. Furthermore they are obstructing the pavement. I have photos but cannot attach them with your link
