Danger due to lack of visability

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction on road or pavement category anonymously at 11:36, Wed 22 September 2021

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3017758.

A development has been converted at the top of loves Hill lain in Timsbury, known as Loves Hill Court. As part of the development they have installed a high wooden boundary fence. This fence almost total obstructs the view of the road for anyone leaving this development and Laurel Gardens. Yesturday I almost lost the front wing of my car as I could not see approaching cars. Someone is going to get hurt or killed. I suggest the fence is replaced by a see through railing fence and that double yellow lines are pointed on Loves lane each side of the exit before there is a major accident
