PUB Business waste and trailer dumped on pavement

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3024114.

Dumped old kegs on the pavement blocking it for public use, now a large trailer has appeared making the issue worse. The public, especially disabled/ pushchair users are having to go out into the road / bike lane to pass.
