Bollard missing

Reported via mobile in the Railings, bollard, & post damage category anonymously at 10:13, Sunday 26 September 2021

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3025238.

Bollard missing which makes the pavement difficult to see at night. Has caused me to hit the curb due to no signage of it being present and has caused significant damage to my vehicles alloy and tyre. I also witnessed someone else hit the curb less than 10 minutes after I did. Very dangerous as could potentially cause a major accident and ‘right off’ someone’s vehicle.
