Entrance to College Road

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction on road or pavement category anonymously at 15:28, Monday 27 September 2021

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3027962.

You have replied to my previous e-mail stating that Highways isn't interested about possible dangers because it is a Private Road ,well Lansdown Road is not a private road but a very busy one - blocking college road with no warning signage at the entrance means that cars/vans/lorries drive into College Road then have to reverse out onto Lansdown road with the potential of accidents or even death or harm. If the contractors placed when blocking College road approved signage at the juncture with Lansdown Road people would not drive in and a safe environment would prevail. All you need to do is to tell the contractors you require this for H&S or do you want an accident before you react ?
