Shopping Trolley dumped in River

Reported via desktop in the Excessive or dangerous littering category by Bath and North East Somerset Council at 15:28, Monday 27 September 2021

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3027963.

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to report this but a shopping trolley has been dumped in the River Chew near the Steel Mills bridge in Keynsham park. It would probably not be that hard to remove it from the river but it would be what to do with it after that that would be the issue!
