Earth and stone overflowed from skip

Reported via desktop in the Excessive or dangerous littering category anonymously at 08:54, Wednesday 29 September 2021

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 4 hours, 49 minutes later. Council ref: 3031309.

A skip has been here for a week or two, being ex changed a couple of times. When it was finally taken earth was left piled at either end and never been cleared. It is mow getting parked over and generally spread. The road surface is new and going to get messed up and slippery for two wheel users, can it be cleared please and maybe the responsible person billed, I assume the skip had permission to be there? Thank you
