BA1 5TL Request for litter bin near bus shelter

Reported via desktop in the Litter bin damaged category anonymously at 20:32, Sun 3 October 2021

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3039682.

The bus shelter near lamp post 70 attracts litter. Volunteers remove it. However, the nearest bin on Lansdown Road is a good 12 minute walk down to the crossroads Charlcombe Lane on the left, and Hamilton Road on the right.

Additionally, once the new road crossing just beyond Granville Road is functioning, there will no doubt be dog walkers from the fields behind Lansdown cemetery/ Kingswood playing field with loaded dog poo baggies who would welcome a closer receptacle.

Please would the Council kindly consider a new litter bin near to this location?

There did not seem to be a suitable category for requesting a new bin, hence choosing 'Damaged bin'. My apologies.
