Sharp kerbstone in road
Reported via desktop in the Potholes & road surface category anonymously at 11:16, Mon 4 October 2021
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3040502.
I was returning to my home in Richmond Place at 1030pm on Wednesday 22 September when my wheels hit a kerbstone which had come loose from the side of the road . I was driving slowly and the kerb stone was not visible in the dark. My car suffered two punctures and damage to the steering. I moved my car and next morning managed to find the stone and take the photograph attached. It is on Beacon Road opposite the entrance to Mount View. The stone has been pushed back into place a couple of times but is still loose and protruding into the road. My car is still being repaired and will cost around £1,000 for which I want to claim compensation.
