Car parked illegally in zoned area - owner trying to sell

Reported via desktop in the Abandoned vehicles category anonymously at 00:35, Tuesday 5 October 2021

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3041984.

This car has been parked in a zoned area now for over two month and has had many many parking tickets. someone has started to vandalise the car. I have witnessed four guys turn ups on two occasion obviously with the intention of selling the car. They are basically taking up a zoned parking space for the point of selling car on Gumtree - see link p/ hyundai/ car-/ 1414685890. The parking spaces are rare enough in Norfolk Crescent and these guys are just using it as a garage parking lot.

  • Car is still in space and has not been moved. Someone turned up last week and removed parking tickets from car. It currently has two more tickets on it. Advert has now been removed from Gumtree. Car looks like it has been vandalised further with scratches on sides and bonnet and mirrors/ wipers bent back.
