Vegetation dumped in car park

Reported via mobile in the Excessive or dangerous littering category anonymously at 13:02, Tuesday 5 October 2021

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3043347.

There is a large amount of cut down vegetation which has been left in the corner of Southview road car park for over two years. I believe the council cleared a lot of foliage growing from walls and sides of the car park and it was left. We are having issues with rats now and I am certain this foliage is perfect for rodents to nest in. It is also acting as a location for fly tipping as presumably people now think it’s a rubbish dump. Please can it finally be cleared along with the rest of the car park litter.
