Damaged road sign on Park Lane

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3054919.
The speed limit signs on Park Lane have been damaged and are in need of correcting. The 20mph sign is currently incorrectly facing towards the Upper Bristol Road and the 30mph sign is facing Park Lane. This sign has fallen down and is lying on the pavement. Can this please be fixed and switched to ensure the information is facing the right roads!
