Hazardous rotting food waste and pavements blocked

Consistent pavement blockage , with rotting food & maggotsc causing rats and seagulls to spread it over the road in the evenings. why must the pavements be blocked? we cannot walk down the road when cars are coming.

  • Two rats spotted amongst this today, Pavement still blocked by bins. This is a serious Health hazard. Rat seen also seen behind Aqua restaurant in the alley.

  • Dead rat , spotted dead on the street this morning by the bins, please do something about this council! the bins are blocking the pavement not to mention a serious health risk.
