Stream of water - Kilmersdon Rd

A stream of water is pouring out of the drain at 2 Kilmersdon Rad, Radstock, opposite the entrance to St Nicholas CE Primary School and gushing down the road. This has been going on since the heavy rain last week. There is no apparent blockage.
