Trip Hazard - Cleveland Terrace BA1 5D

Reported via desktop in the Railings, bollard, & post damage category anonymously at 11:29, Friday 15 October 2021

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3064093.

A bollard on the pavement outside my shop has been ripped out of the pavement and is a serious trip hazard. There is a water thing that’s also been dislodged.

It’s at 4 Cleveland Terrace BA1 5DF

I tried to report it over the phone but the person I spoke to could not find Cleveland Terrace on the council map!!!

I’m also sending a picture so you can see where it is.

Please can you let me know what’s going to happen to it? And feel free to give me a call if you need any more info.
