Removal of parking notice outside Raby Cottage.

Reported via mobile in the Road sign damage category anonymously at 21:43, Saturday 16 October 2021

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3066649.

Until recently these two parking spaces were designated as two hour parking — as per notice attached to lamppost. The notice is no longer there so there’s no indication of who can park legally. The spaces are now invariably occupied by non residents.

  • 18 Raby Villas id currently a 4 bedroom AirBnB currently the landlord is applying for change of status to 25 bed Party House AirBnB but we now have 3 large, grey plastic recycle bins permanently outside the front of the property blocking the pathway. As this is absentee landlord no-one is on site to remove bins once they have been emptied by Suez on a Sunday. Please confirm that action is being taken as residents in Bath have to put out rubbish/recycling the day of collection and remove after collection. Why is this absentee landlord running a business able to circumnavigate the rules applying to recycling in Bath especially in a Conservation Area?. These 3 bins are on a public footbath and, in the recent windy condition, they blew over and along the street. Action needs to be taken please to remove these bins from the public footpath and make the landlord comply as do all other residents.
