Manhole cover in footway is a trip hazard

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3069694.

Resident reports Outside no 21, The inspection cover is incorrectly seated and in places rises approx 20mm above the adjacent surface, so is an increasing trip hazard. It slopes slightly towards the road, so in wet or icy conditions is even more hazardous. Resident also believes this cover is jammed.
