Damaged railing and trip hazard

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3071628.

Originally there were 2 railings at this location 1 had been removed the current railing is badly bent and the fixing from the removed railing has cause a 83 Yr man to trip and fall resulting in cuts to arms head and knees.
