Disability lift blocked by car parked on pavement

Reported via mobile in the Obstruction on road or pavement category anonymously at 18:59, Wednesday 20 October 2021

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3074946.

An employee in a wheelchair working from the office at 15-17 Trim Street cannot exit the building, because a car is parked on the pavement where the disability lift lands. There is only a single yellow line on the road, please can this be changed to a double yellow line to at least encourage no parking at that particular point? This is a health and safety issue as in an emergency he wouldn't be able to get out by himself. Tonight other employees have had to come to the building to carry him down the stairs.

  • This wall is on Trim Bridge Which is the entrance to the our hair salon ‘12 Trim Street’ and ‘Kimberly boutique’. I did make contact with bath bid to have this awful graffiti removed but no luck. Please help us as we have used bleach and sponges but it needs professional chemicals I believe.

    Many thanks
