Damage to the island and kerbs in High Bannerdown BA1 7JY. Accessing and egressing the road from Bannerdown Road
Reported via desktop in the Pavement damage category by Bath and North East Somerset Council at 13:58, Thursday 21 October 2021
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3076479.
This morning 14th Oct at approx 9:30 a Towens low loader collected a digger from a property in High Bannerdown BA1 7JY. Accessing and egressing the road from Bannerdown Road, it caused damage to the island and kerbs, as elements of the trailer grounded out on the road surface. I attach photographs.
I appreciate that it is difficult to access the area, nevertheless I do not think it is acceptable to damage public areas without making an attempt to repair and make good.
