Hedging has been cut along Temple Inn Lane to Bubbins Brake but has been left in the road. This cause an obstruction for pedestrians, a danger for cyclists and will lead to blocking of the drains.

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 3076814.

Hedgerow cuttings/litter has been left in the road causing the issues above.

  • The public rights of way are blocked by the discarded trimmings. This one is right by the road and presents a trip hazard for users of it. This photo was after I cleared a bit, in order to access the gate.

  • Over a week later and you are still 'deciding' what action to take? It's easy, get it cleared up! It's still a hazard at the gate and the cuttings are now making their way into the drains, ready to block them later on. If it's not a problem then perhaps we should all dump our grass and cuttings in the road and block public rights of way?
