Faded yellow box

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3078390.

The yellow box system on the rd isn't working, the tail backs are causing excess pollution and road rage due to vehicles blocking the exits. This is against the highway code rules. Also I pay the £9 tax to bring my van in to Bath for work and then sit for Up to half an hour because drivers sit in the yellow box. Please police the road or repaint the road signs
