I reported this a month ago to the council and they told me to contact the housing development regarding the matter as it’s owned and managed by them. The housing development got back to me to say it was the councils and sent me pictures showing the crossing is actually on the outside of the development boundary. So council please sort this dangerous crossing out before someone gets killed.
